Shipping Fees: Delivery is free for orders over 100 CHF. Shipping Options:

Standard Mail (no tracking): 1.50 CHF
Standard Mail Plus (with tracking): 3.50 CHF
Registered Mail: 6.50 CHF

Processing Times: Packing your order generally takes between 24 to 48 business hours. Orders are shipped from Sion, Switzerland, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Additional delivery times depend on the chosen option and location.

Delays: Delivery times may vary during special promotions and sales. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties, such as shipping companies.
