Shipping Policy
DELIVERY
Woodabrand offers two shipping methods that must be selected before completing your purchase.
- Registered Mail: With tracking and signature. If you are unable to be present at the time of delivery, the delivery person will provide you with a pickup notice, which you can use to pick up your package at the corresponding post office. To pick up your package at the post office, you will need the pickup notice and an official form of identification (ID card, passport, driver's license, etc.).
- Regular mail: with tracking. This method does not require a signature to receive the order, and therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to choose this method. We recommend creating an account on the official Swiss Post website to receive notifications and change or schedule your delivery.
Both shipping methods are sent via Swiss Post.
ORDER IN PROCESSING
All orders placed on our website are typically processed within 1-2 business days and will be shipped from Rue de Venise 15, 1870 Monthey, Switzerland. In the event of any (temporary) changes to the processing time, we will notify you promptly on our website and social media channels.
Please keep in mind that national postal services may experience delays, which unfortunately we cannot influence.
REST OF THE WORLD
Shipping costs: 9 CHF.
Estimated delivery time: currently 5 to 8 business days (depending on the country).
Please note that Woodabrand is not responsible for customs clearance fees in your country. Your country may charge import fees on your order. Handling at your country's border may delay delivery, which is beyond our control.
