SHIPPING

Your orders are shipped from Rue de Venise 15, 1870 Monthey, Switzerland (CH).

Shipping to Switzerland:

It typically takes 24 to 48 business hours to prepare your order and 1 business day for delivery in Switzerland. This timeframe may vary during special promotions and sales, in which case you will be informed in advance by email or directly at the time of payment. Customers can choose a shipping method with or without tracking* at the time of payment. Learn more about domestic delivery times here.

*If customers choose to ship their items without tracking, it is their responsibility to ensure their order arrives safely. Without tracking, it is impossible to monitor the order's progress or locate it if it gets lost. Customers should be aware that they assume all risk and responsibility for orders shipped without tracking. It is always recommended to choose a shipping method with tracking to ensure safe and successful delivery.

International Shipping:

Typically, it takes 24 to 48 business hours to prepare your order and 4 to 6 business days for delivery in Europe and 6 to 8 business days worldwide. Please note that international orders are handled by international shipping companies that manage air freight. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order. More information on international delivery times can be found here.


RETURNS

If you wish to exchange or request a refund/return for your order, please contact us by email at info@brunaarocha.com , and we will provide you with the necessary information for the return.

Return and Exchange Policy:

Regular priced items: 14 days from date of purchase.
Clearance items: 14 days from date of purchase.
Custom items and samples: cannot be returned or exchanged, thank you for your understanding.

Items must be physically returned within 14 days of the purchase date . After this time, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Please note that tried-on accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Indicators of experienced accessories include:

  • The jewelry was removed from its original packaging.
  • Necklaces/bracelets/earrings were opened (they are closed in a specific way).

The customer is responsible for the costs of returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable . If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

National orders (Switzerland):

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, within 24 to 48 hours.

International orders:

The same steps apply as for domestic orders.
Note: Customs duties are the buyer's responsibility. If these duties are not paid and the order is returned to the sender, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

DELAYS OR LATE REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven't received your refund, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank. If you've completed all these steps and the issue persists, contact us at info@brunaarocha.com .


SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular-priced or sale items (using a discount code) may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

Defective or damaged items will be replaced. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@brunaarocha.com .


GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, we'll refund the original purchaser.
