1. Shipping

Delivery fees: Delivery is free for purchases over 100 CHF.
Shipping Options:

• Mail A (without tracking): 1.50 CHF
• Courier A Plus (with tracking): 3.50 CHF
• Registered Mail: 6.50 CHF
  Processing times: Packing your order usually takes between 24 and 48 business hours.

Orders are shipped from Sion, Switzerland on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Additional delivery times depend on the option chosen and location.

Delays: Delivery times may vary during special promotions and sales. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties, such as transport companies.

2. Returns

Return Deadline: You may return or exchange your items within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Condition of Products: Products must be unused, unworn and in the original packaging.

Return Fees: Return fees are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part.

3. Refunds

Refund Process: Once the return has been received and inspected, we will inform you via email of acceptance or denial of the refund.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for purchase.

Refund Timeframes: Refunds are generally processed within 7-14 business days of return approval.
Deadlines may vary depending on your financial institution.
